Terms of Use
Welcome to FastChange. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastChange non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange platform. By initiating an exchange on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Prohibited Jurisdictions
FastChange does not provide services to citizens, residents, or entities of the United States of America, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and other countries or territories subject to trade embargoes, economic sanctions, or international restrictions. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any prohibited country.
2. Nature of Service
FastChange is a non-custodial exchange platform. We do not hold, store, or manage your digital assets. All swaps are completed automatically by sending your deposit to the smart wallet system, which validates and pays out the exchange amount to your designated payout address.
3. Blockchain Transactions & Fees
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once you deposit funds to the generated deposit address, the exchange cannot be cancelled or refunded. Network transaction fees (gas fees) are automatically calculated and deducted from the final payout amount. FastChange is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or insufficient deposit amounts.
4. Volatility & Exchange Rates
Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. The estimated exchange rate is calculated in real-time. Once your deposit transaction is detected on the blockchain, the exchange rate is guaranteed for a period of 15 minutes. Swaps processed after this window may be subject to recalculation based on current market rates.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use FastChange for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, tax evasion, or purchasing illegal goods. FastChange reserves the right to report suspicious activity to law enforcement agencies.
